Regular technical support at IX-OKC is provided on an office hours basis from 09:00 to 17:00 CST, Monday through Friday. The normal communications channel for technical support is email to info@ix-okc.net. IX-OKC aims for 4 hour turnaround on all email support requests. IX-OKC operations staff are also available by telephone on 405-443-3667.
